翁川 竜海（以下「当方」）は、ブラウザゲーム「ASTRA」（以下「本サービス」）における
利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報
1-1. 利用者が入力する情報
- メールアドレス：アカウント登録・ログイン時に取得します。本サービスはパスワードを使わず、メールに送られるログインリンクで本人確認を行います（Firebase
Authentication）。
- 公開プレイヤー名：ASTRA+ 加入者が任意で設定できます。設定しない場合は自動生成された名前が割り当てられます。
1-2. 利用に伴い自動で記録される情報
- プレイ記録：スコア、難易度、コンボ、プレイ日時、生成された星のデータ、銀河の構成、実績の達成状況、連続ログイン日数。
- デイリーチャレンジの記録：挑戦回数、スコア、提出時刻、および不正防止のためにサーバーが発行する挑戦トークン。
- 端末内に保存される設定：言語設定、音量などの設定、ログインしていない状態（ゲスト）でのプレイ記録。これらはブラウザの localStorage
に保存され、当方のサーバーへは送信されません。
- アクセスログ：本サービスの配信基盤（Firebase Hosting および Cloud Functions）が、IP
アドレス、ユーザーエージェント、アクセス日時などを自動的に記録します。
- 不正利用防止のための情報：Firebase App Check（reCAPTCHA Enterprise）が、自動化されたアクセスを検知するために端末・操作に関する情報を取得します。
1-3. 課金に関する情報
有料プラン「ASTRA+」の決済は Stripe, Inc. が提供する決済サービスを通じて行われます。
クレジットカード番号・セキュリティコード等は Stripe が直接取得・処理するものであり、当方が取得・保存することはありません。
当方が保持するのは、Stripe が発行する顧客 ID、サブスクリプションの状態、課金の履歴に限られます。
2. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供、アカウントの認証、プレイ記録の保存と復元
- 「みんなの銀河」「週間ランキング」など、他の利用者に公開される機能の提供
- 有料プランの提供、決済および課金状態の管理
- 不正なスコア送信、自動化されたアクセスの検知と防止
- 不具合の調査、利用状況の分析によるサービスの改善
- 利用者からの問い合わせへの対応
3. 他の利用者に公開される情報
次の情報は、本サービスの機能上、他の利用者から閲覧できる状態になります。
- 公開プレイヤー名、スコア、および銀河の見た目（「みんなの銀河」）
- 公開プレイヤー名とデイリーチャレンジのスコア（「週間ランキング」）
- 利用者自身が共有リンクを発行した銀河。リンクを知っている人は誰でも閲覧できます。共有リンクは発行から30日で自動的に失効します。また、アプリ内でいつでも公開を停止できます。
メールアドレスが他の利用者に公開されることはありません。
4. Cookie と解析について
当方は、広告を目的とした Cookie を使用していません。言語設定や音量、ゲストのプレイ記録は、
Cookie ではなくブラウザの localStorage に保存され、当方のサーバーへは送信されません。
利用状況の把握のために Google アナリティクスを利用しています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie を使用して情報を収集しますが、
個人を特定する情報は含まれません。また、自動化されたアクセスを防ぐために使用している reCAPTCHA Enterprise（Firebase App Check）が、
Google のドメインで独自に Cookie を使用する場合があります。詳細は
Google のポリシーと規約をご確認ください。
5. 第三者への提供・業務委託
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、本サービスの運営のため、以下の事業者に取り扱いを委託しています。
- Google LLC（Firebase：認証・データベース・ホスティング・サーバー処理・不正防止、Google アナリティクス：アクセス解析）
- Stripe, Inc.（有料プランの決済処理）
本サービスのデータは主に Google Cloud の東京リージョンで処理されますが、上記の事業者を通じて日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。
6. 保存期間
- アカウント情報・プレイ記録：アカウントが存在する間。アプリ内の退会機能により削除できます。
- 退会の記録：退会処理が完了したことを証明し、遅れて到着する課金通知を再削除するために、利用者本人を特定しない削除記録を180日間保持します。
- 共有リンク：発行から30日で自動的に失効し、削除されます。
- デイリーチャレンジの挑戦トークン：発行から8日で自動的に削除されます。
- アクセスログ：配信基盤の既定の保持期間に従います。
- 課金に関する記録：法令上の保存義務がある期間、Stripe において保持されます。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、当方が保有する自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止を請求できます。
アカウントとクラウド上のプレイ記録は、アプリ内のアカウント画面からいつでも退会（完全削除）できます。
退会すると、銀河のデータ、公開プレイヤー名、共有リンク、ランキングへの登録、Stripe の顧客情報が削除されます。
端末内に保存された記録（ゲストのプレイ記録や設定）は、ブラウザのサイトデータを削除することで消去できます。
その他のご請求は、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
8. 未成年者の利用について
本サービスは、13歳未満の方を対象としていません。未成年の方が有料プランに加入する場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
13歳未満の方の個人情報を取得していたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
9. 安全管理
当方は、通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス権限の制限、サーバー側での入力値の検証、Firebase App Check による自動化アクセスの遮断など、
取得した情報の漏えい・改ざん・不正アクセスを防ぐための措置を講じます。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。
変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Oikawa Tatsumi (翁川 竜海) ("we", "us") sets out below how information is handled in the browser game
ASTRA (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
1-1. Information you provide
- Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in. The Service does not use
passwords; we verify you through a sign-in link sent to your email (Firebase Authentication).
- Public player name — optional, and available to ASTRA+ subscribers. If you do not set one,
an automatically generated name is assigned.
1-2. Information recorded automatically
- Gameplay records — scores, difficulty, combos, play timestamps, generated star data, galaxy
composition, achievements and login streaks.
- Daily Challenge records — attempts, scores, submission times, and the server-issued attempt
tokens used to prevent cheating.
- Settings stored on your device — language, sound settings and guest gameplay records. These
are stored in your browser's localStorage and are not transmitted to our servers.
- Access logs — our hosting platform (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions) automatically
records IP addresses, user agents and access times.
- Abuse-prevention signals — Firebase App Check (reCAPTCHA Enterprise) collects device and
interaction signals to detect automated access.
1-3. Billing information
Payments for the paid ASTRA+ plan are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Card numbers and security codes are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or
store them.
We retain only the Stripe customer ID, subscription status and billing history.
2. Purposes of use
- Providing the Service, authenticating accounts, and saving and restoring gameplay records
- Operating features that are visible to other players, such as Explore Galaxies and the Weekly Ranking
- Providing the paid plan and managing payments and subscription status
- Detecting and preventing forged scores and automated access
- Investigating faults and improving the Service through usage analysis
- Responding to your enquiries
3. Information visible to other players
The following becomes visible to other players as part of how the Service works.
- Your public player name, scores and the appearance of your galaxy (Explore Galaxies)
- Your public player name and Daily Challenge score (Weekly Ranking)
- Any galaxy for which you create a share link. Anyone holding the link can view it. Share links
expire automatically 30 days after they are created, and you can unpublish them at any time in the
app.
Your email address is never shown to other players.
4. Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies for advertising. Your language, volume and guest play records are kept in your browser's
localStorage rather than in cookies, and are never sent to our servers.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used; it collects information using
cookies, but nothing that
identifies you personally. reCAPTCHA Enterprise (Firebase App Check), which we use to block automated access,
may also set its own
cookies on Google's domains.

5. Sharing and processors
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by
law. We do, however, rely on the following providers to operate the Service.
- Google LLC — Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, server-side processing, abuse
prevention), Google Analytics (analytics)
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for the paid plan
Service data is processed primarily in Google Cloud's Tokyo region, but may be processed on servers outside
Japan by the providers listed above.
6. Retention
- Account information and gameplay records — for as long as the account exists. You can
delete them using the account deletion feature in the app.
- Deletion records — to prove deletion completed and to re-delete late-arriving billing
writes, we keep a deletion record that does not identify you for 180 days.
- Share links — expire and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Daily Challenge attempt tokens — deleted automatically after 8 days.
- Access logs — kept for the default retention period of the hosting platform.
- Billing records — retained by Stripe for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the personal information we
hold about you.
You can delete your account and all cloud gameplay records at any time from the account screen
in the app.
Deletion removes your galaxy data, public player name, share links, ranking entries and Stripe customer record.
Records stored on your device (guest gameplay records and settings) can be removed by clearing this site's data
in your browser.
For any other request, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. Minors should obtain the consent of a parent or guardian
before subscribing to the paid plan.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We protect the information we hold against leakage, alteration and unauthorised access through measures
including encrypted transport (HTTPS),
restricted access rights, server-side validation of submitted values, and blocking of automated access via
Firebase App Check.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as necessary. For significant changes we will provide notice within the Service.
The revised policy takes effect when it is published on this page.
